Our Policies

LODGING POLICIES

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We use contactless check-in and electronic locks to give access to your room. Your room fees will be charged in the day before your arrival and your room and access information will be sent to you through email, SMS message and/or through 3rd party website (i.e. Expedia or Booking.com). Please make sure that you provide us with valid credit card information and valid cell phone number & email address.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you booked a non-refundable rate through Expedia, Booking.com, or any other travel agency, then your card will be charged immediately after booking. Non-refundable rate reservations will not be refunded even if you cancel your reservation. Date changes are allowed within the same calendar year, based on availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are not allowing any pets. If you are travelling with pets, please cancel your reservation with us and arrange alternate accommodation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are a cannabis and drug free property. We do not allow smoking or vaping of cannabis or any other substance anywhere on our property even if you have a prescription.

15:00 - 24:00. We use contactless check-in that gives you flexibility with your arrival times.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
Pets are not allowed. Having pets in the room will result with forfeit of the reservation amount and removal of guest from the premises.

Only specially trained, officially certified service animals are accepted with their certified handlers. Certification must be issued by an accredited service like MSAR, Accredited Service Dog Trainers of Canada, Canadian Association of Service Dog Trainers or similar international bodies. 

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. 

SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking, non-vaping as is the office itself, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $500 cleaning charge. 
No cannabis or other substance smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including open areas, even with a prescription.

COMMUNICATIONS: We offer phone with free North America calling in the office. Cellphone coverage on site is usually reliable. We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

TAX: Includes HST of 14%.

DEPOSITS: Deposits are required for group bookings where special rates are given.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date (30 days for group bookings). Reservations become non-refundable when there is less than 3 days (or 30 days as noted above), not including the day of arrival, of your planned arrival date. 

If you booked your reservation with a travel agency, you have to contact them to cancel your reservation. You can contact us for date changes.

This cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings booked through Expedia, Booking.com or any other travel agency.
