Credit Card Security

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking, non-vaping as is the office itself, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $500 cleaning charge. No cannabis or other drug smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces, even with a prescription.  

Communications

We offer phones with free North America calling in the office. Cellphone coverage on site is usually reliable. We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

Minimum Stay

A two-night minimum stay is required for June-October weekends. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. You can drop off luggage etc. earlier than 3:00 PM or arrive later than 7:00 PM - please just call ahead to let us know so we can arrange late check-in. Check-out time is 10:30 AM.

Tax

Includes HST of 15%.

Deposits

Deposits are required for group bookings where special rates are given.

Cancellations & Changes

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date (60 days if the entire property is booked for the same event). Reservations become non-refundable when there are less than 3 days (or 60 days as noted above), not including the day of arrival, of your planned arrival date.
